2. Tubing rupture: When tubing ruptures, clean the rupture, coat it with soap, wrap it with cloth or tape, tie it tightly with iron wire, and finally coat it with a layer of soap.
3. Broken tubing: If the tubing is broken, you can find a rubber or plastic tube with the same diameter as the tubing. If the socket is not tight enough, both ends should be tied tightly with iron wire.
4. Oil leakage from the tubing joint: If the engine tubing joint leaks oil, you can wrap cotton yarn on the lower edge of the horn, and then tighten the tubing nut and tubing joint.
5. The radiator suddenly leaks: it can be repaired with soap or rice and 502 glue. The specific method is to soften the soap with water, knead it into plasticine shape by hand, press it into the leaking part of the water tank, and press the radiator to temporarily stop the leakage. The rice is softened by hand and then pressed into the leaking part of the water tank.
6. The water inlet pipe is broken: if the radiator inlet hose joint is cracked and leaking, the damaged part can be cut off with scissors, and then the hose is reinserted into the radiator inlet joint and fastened with clips or iron wires. If the crack is in the middle of the hose, the leaked crack can be tied with adhesive tape. If there is no adhesive tape, you can also wrap plastic paper around the crack first, then cut it into strips with old cloth and wrap it around the hose.
7. Broken fan belt: If the belt is broken, you can tie the broken part tightly with a women's nylon stockings; If the belt breaks, it will stop charging immediately and the charging warning light will light up. At this time, you should stop immediately. Female nylon stockings can be used to wind the three belts of crankshaft, water pump and generator, and try to make a tight knot and cut off the rest.
8. Broken valve spring: The broken spring can be removed, and the two broken parts can be installed in reverse, so it can be used. If the spring is broken into several sections, the adjusting screws of the intake valve and exhaust valve of the cylinder can be removed to keep the valve closed and stop the cylinder from working.
9. The settling cup is broken: pass the settling cup in and out of the tubing sleeve with adhesive tape or plastic pipe, so that the oil can pass through without passing through the settling cup.
