5. Registration precautions

(2) Written test and interview
Written test time: around May 15, 2012 (subject to telephone notification).
Interview: According to the order of written test scores from high to low, the list of candidates to participate in the interview will be determined in a ratio of no less than 3:1.
(3) Physical examination
After the interview, the comprehensive score of the examination will be calculated based on the proportion of written test score accounting for 60% and interview score accounting for 40%, and the comprehensive score will be calculated from high to low. Candidates for the physical examination will be determined in equal numbers (those with the same comprehensive scores will be ranked from high to low in the written test). After determining the personnel to be hired, contact hospitals at or above the county level (including county level) to conduct a physical examination of the personnel to be hired. Those who fail the physical examination will be replaced in order from high score to low score.
(4) Inspection
Arrange special personnel to conduct an inspection at the applicant’s original workplace or residential community. Those who pass the inspection will be hired by the company. Those who fail the assessment will be replaced in order from high score to low score.
(5) Recruitment
After the assessment work is completed, the board of directors meeting of Changsha Economic and Technological Development Co., Ltd. will study and determine the personnel to be hired. Newly hired personnel sign an employment contract and are subject to a three-month probationary period. Those who pass the probationary period are formally employed.
