1. Fresh college graduates hold the Employment Agreement for College Graduates and affix their official seals to the employing unit.
2. Hold the employment agreement of college graduates sealed by the employer to the talent center and affix the special seal for acceptance by the superior competent department of the employer. If the place where the contract is signed is a state-owned enterprise or other province or city, the employer shall issue the original or photocopy of the certificate that the household registration and personnel files will not be accepted.
3. Then submit the sealed Employment Agreement for College Graduates to the Employment Guidance Center of the school for registration certificate.
4. Graduates should go to the school security office with the registration certificate to receive the Registration Form of Student Collective Resident Population or the household registration certificate.
5. Upon graduation, send the originals, photos, diplomas, degree certificates and copies of ID cards of the Registration Certificate, the Registration Form of Student Collective Resident Population or the Household Registration Certificate to the Employment Service Department of College Graduates in the talent market to receive the Certificate of Acceptance of Household Registration Materials in the talent market.
Two. Single custody procedure of personnel files
1. Fresh graduates come to the talent market with the employment agreement sealed by the employer, and the talent market seals the column of "superior competent department" in the employment agreement, or issues an admission notice of personnel files and relationships.
2. Fresh graduates should hold the employment agreement and apply for the registration certificate at the school employment guidance center.
3. Finally, the school employment guidance center will transfer the personnel files to the talent market for safekeeping according to the requirements of the registration certificate. You can apply for school custody during your employment.
Files can't be built if you want to. The Central Organization Department and the National Archives Bureau have clear and strict regulations on the establishment, content and inspection of cadres' personnel files in China. No one created the files. China's current personnel file system emphasizes seriousness, accuracy and uniqueness. Generally speaking, a person can only have one personnel file under normal circumstances, and the premise of rebuilding the file is that the file is lost or damaged. The file system comprehensively records the history, work experience, advantages and disadvantages, rewards and punishments of cadres, and is an important basis for using cadres. Based on the principle of being responsible for people, there is a set of strict management methods for personnel files, and the Central Organization Department also has the corresponding Regulations on the Work of Cadre Files.
Archives are various forms of historical records, such as words, charts, audio-visual and so on, which are directly formed by state organs, social organizations and individuals engaged in political, military, economic, scientific, technological, cultural and religious activities. China ancient archives have different titles in different dynasties. Shang dynasty was called "book", Zhou dynasty was called "clock", Qin and Han dynasties were called "ancient books", and after Han and Wei dynasties were called "documents", "manuscripts", "files" and "books". After the Qing dynasty, it was often called "file", but now it is collectively called "file".
