How access database tables limit the field size of numeric types
1. First, open the database. Generally speaking, setting the size of the field can limit the number of fields when filling to no more than the set number.

2. Select a field, and then click the field under the table tool above.

3. Change 255 after the field size to 4. As shown in the figure.

4. A prompt dialog box will pop up at this time, and click Yes.

5. In this way, when the number of words entered is greater than 4, the following ones will not be displayed.

6. You can also switch to the design view interface and select the name field. Click General below to change the field size to 4.

7. Click the Save icon above, and a prompt dialog box will pop up. Click Yes to finish.
