The material for rhinoplasty injection can be taken out. Take out the material and make a small incision between the eyebrows, about 3mm deep under the skin. Then inject rhinoplasty, take it out and dive under the skin with vascular forceps to separate it from the back of the nose. A 2mm blunt probe was used to puncture radially from the incision to the nasal root part with injected material. At the same time, a mixture of lidocaine and normal saline was injected with a 5ml syringe. When the injection site is swollen, pull out the blunt needle and squeeze it from the root of nose to the incision with gauze, so that the polyacrylamide hydrogel mixed with normal saline can be squeezed out from the eyebrow incision. Inject rhinoplasty and take it out, and repeat this operation until the squeezed liquid becomes clear.
