How to make chrysanthemum eye patch?
My own Chinese medicine formula is about 20g, including chrysanthemum, cassia seed, mint, mulberry leaf, medlar, green tea and so on. Tear the chrysanthemum, and don't use too much cassia seed, because it is too heavy. Try not to use thick stalks for other chopped ones.

I use cloth as waste, and the eye mask is two-layered. The inner layer is pure cotton cloth, which is sewn tightly with Chinese medicine. The outer layer is made of silk with rubber bands. The inner container and the outer cover are separated, which is convenient for cleaning.

Online search can find a4 printed version of the eye mask drawings. According to the printing of the inner container, the outer cover is 0.7cm more than the drawing of the inner container. The liner should be filled with traditional Chinese medicine and sewn tightly, and a big hole should be left above the outer cover to put into the inner cover.

I usually put the inner cover in the microwave oven every side 1 min, and spray some water on the surface if necessary. Take it out and stuff it in the outer cover. Take it to bed.

In addition, I put a little more effort into making the liner. I sewed a line around my eyes to prevent the weight of Chinese medicine from oppressing my eyes. 1 small crystals or tourmaline gravel, or magnets or other pebbles were sewn around the eyes, which played a certain role in keeping warm and massaging acupuncture points.

What I said above about efficacy is purely my own guess. I don't know if they are actually effective. Anyway, bringing sleep to help sleep is a personal experience.
