In ancient medical books, vertigo has many names, such as vertigo, vertigo, vertigo, epilepsy and so on. Traditional Chinese medicine believes that dizziness can be caused by wind, phlegm, dampness and deficiency, so there are some sayings such as "no dizziness without wind", "no dizziness without phlegm" and "no dizziness without deficiency". Clinically, according to the types of vertigo, patients can be treated according to syndrome differentiation:

In addition, patients with vertigo should pay attention to diet conditioning during treatment, eat more light and fresh food, and avoid greasy and spicy products; The living room environment should be quiet and comfortable, and the indoor light should be soft. At the same time, we should maintain a good attitude and ensure adequate sleep.
