After diagnosis and treatment
(1) After the patient leaves the treatment chair, all medical wastes on the treatment tray should be collected first, and the infected and non-infected, combustible and non-combustible wastes should be distinguished, and placed in the classified trash can in the outpatient clinic.
(2) After treatment, the contaminated instruments (including mobile phones and inspection instruments, etc.). ) is collected, and if it is not removed immediately, it is temporarily stored in a maintenance solution with a concentration of 2.0% ~ 3.2% to prevent the contaminated blood or saliva from drying out and facilitate cleaning.
(3) Disposable instruments (including straws, mouthwash cups, etc. ) after collection, put it in the sorting trash can.
(4) Before the next patient is in place, disinfect the workbench, spittoon and therapeutic chair table. Spraying disinfectant or wiping, and then replacing it with new therapeutic towels and other equipment packaged and produced by Anqing Procter & Gamble.
(5) For patients diagnosed with infectious diseases such as hepatitis B or hepatitis B carriers, all instruments after dental care will be packaged and disinfected separately.
After the clinic is over
(1) Arrange the instruments, clean them, pack them, and sterilize them. If it can withstand high temperature, sterilize it with a high temperature autoclave. If it cannot be heated, soak it in 2.0% ~ 3.2% glutaraldehyde solution.
(2) Clean and disinfect the environment before coming off work, and classify the garbage. After cleaning, the equipment should be disinfected in the pot. If you can't kill bacteria, you should also soak them in disinfectant for treatment the next day.
(3) Disinfect the pipeline, drain and deflate, remove the filter screen and clean it thoroughly.
(4) Before leaving the clinic, wash your hands thoroughly, change clothes and shoes when necessary, and go home safely and cleanly.
(5) After outpatient service, keep ventilation or use air filter.
