The main steps of sea cucumber processing are: intestine removal, cleaning, cooking and drying.

Fresh sea cucumber fishing. Because sea cucumbers live on the seabed, wild sea cucumber fishing requires professional divers to catch sea cucumbers on the seabed. This kind of sea cucumber has high nutritional value.

①: Clearing intestines, referred to as visceral treatment and cleaning. Cut a hole in the belly of the sea cucumber, and then take out the internal organs of the sea cucumber.

②: Cleaning: each sea cucumber needs to be cleaned repeatedly for about 4-5 times;

③: Put the cleaned sea cucumber into a constant-temperature pot and cook it, and the large live sea cucumber will shrink rapidly. Cooked sea cucumber thorns will be more prominent. Usually cook for about 30 minutes, control the temperature at about 70 degrees, and keep stirring.

④: Put the cooked sea cucumber on a plate and dry it in a drying oven.

⑤: After the sea cucumber is dried, it needs to be dried naturally and then processed in dry sea cucumber.
