8. The transformer must be tested before dipping the insulating paint, and the unqualified products must be reworked in time to make OK products flow into the next step for dipping treatment.
9. When using the vacuum impregnation machine, you should operate in strict accordance with the operating instructions.
10. When using the oven, the baking temperature should not exceed 1 10 degrees, and the time must be controlled well. All transformers must be dried in the shade before entering the oven. The product was baked at 80℃ for 65438±0H hours, and then at 65438 000℃ for 3 hours. During baking, adjacent transformers are used to prevent adhesion.
