1. Installation. The position of the reserved holes for aluminum alloy windows should be correct, and the gap between the frame and the wall should be uniform and should be controlled at 20~30 mm.
2. Check the window frame seams. Check whether the shape and size of the joints meet the sealing design requirements, and deal with the joint defects and cracks to be sealed first.
3. Seam surface treatment. Rinse the joints between the window frame and the wall with clean water to ensure that they are dust-free, sand-free, pollution-free and free of debris.
4. Foam caulking agent filling construction. When replacing the material tank during construction, attention should be paid to shaking the new material tank well for 1 minute, then unscrewing the empty tank, and replacing the new material tank with the new material tank as soon as possible to prevent the spray gun connection port from solidifying and clogging.
5. Embedding sealant. After the foam caulking is applied for 60 minutes, use a knife to cut, leaving a 6 mm deep notch around the frame, and then fill and seal with sealant. When filling the sealant, the operation should be smooth, and the nozzle should always be aimed at the bottom of the joint with an inclination of 45°. When moving, the extruded sealant should always be at the front of the gun nozzle; there is squeezing force in the seam, so do not drag the glue away from the gun. Avoid leaks or holes; the strips should be straight, neatly streamlined, and have a smooth and beautiful surface.
6. Plastic surgery. Use a scraper consistent with the joint surface to compact and modify the glue joint so that the sealant fully contacts and penetrates the structural surface, eliminates bubbles and holes, removes excess sealant, and forms a smooth, streamlined sealing joint.
7. Open drainage holes. Drainage holes should be provided on the lower sill of the aluminum alloy window frame, and their location and number should ensure that the lower sill drains smoothly and does not accumulate water in rainy days.
8. Spray exterior wall waterproofing agent. Spray a colorless, transparent and efficient exterior wall waterproofing agent on the exterior wall finishes within 30 cm of the exterior window sill and within 30 cm of the side vertical edge of the exterior window casing. For anti-seepage treatment.
9. Install U-shaped aluminum alloy water diversion strips. A strip is installed on the upper edge of each window. First, use an impact drill to drill 6 3 cm deep holes evenly along the upper edge of the outer window cover. Then drill the rubber plug into the hole with a hammer. At the same time, apply paint on the aluminum water diversion strip. Apply a single component of silicone sealant, and then use a screwdriver to nail the aluminum alloy strip from one side to the other side of the outer window cover.
