1. Job requirements

Plans to recruit 51 business personnel. For details of recruitment units, positions, number of people and related conditions, please refer to the "2020 Tonglu County Medical Unit Talent Introduction Plan and Conditions" (Annex 5). The recruitment units, positions, and number of people recruited at each recruitment session shall be subject to the on-site announcement at the job fair.

2. Recruitment targets

(1) Full-time postgraduate students and above in the medical field of general universities;

(2) Medical students of general universities A batch of full-time undergraduate graduates admitted;

(3) Full-time undergraduate graduates admitted in the medical field of general universities who are not among the first batch (excluding full-time college-to-undergraduate graduates, limited to professional positions in short supply, Please see Appendix 2 for the catalog of shortage majors;

3. Recruitment conditions

(1) Possess the nationality of the People’s Republic of China, abide by laws and regulations, have good conduct, be dedicated to work, and have good professional ethics.

(2) Have the physical condition to adapt to the requirements of the position.

(3) Possess the qualifications required for recruitment positions.

(4) The age requirement is 18 to 35 years old (born between November 8, 1984 and November 8, 2001), with a doctoral degree or associate senior professional and technical qualifications. Relaxed to 45 years old (born between November 8, 1974 and November 8, 2001).

IV. Recruitment Procedure

(1) Registration:

This recruitment is conducted in conjunction with the double selection meetings of major medical schools. College graduates and various Health professionals can participate on their own.

1. National Talent Recruitment Fair for the Medical and Health Industry: The registration time is 8:30-11:30 am on November 10th, and the registration location is the 1D exhibition hall of Hangzhou International Expo Center;

2. On-site recruitment fair of Wenzhou Medical University: Registration time is 9:00-11:30 am on November 23, and the registration location is the Student Activity Center of Chashan Campus of Wenzhou Medical University;

3. Zhejiang Province Health Talents On-site job fair: The registration time is 9:00-11:30 am on November 30, and the registration location is the track and field of Binwen Campus of Zhejiang University of Chinese Medicine.

(2) Assessment:

After passing the qualification review, you will directly enter the assessment link and select the best candidates for recruitment. The assessment takes the form of a combination of quantitative assessment and interviews. The quantitative score accounts for 70% of the total score, and the interview score accounts for 30% of the total score (total assessment score = quantitative score 70% + interview score 30%). If the total assessment scores are the same, the one with the higher quantitative score will be ranked first.

1. Quantitative scoring. Based on the performance of the applicants during their studies at school, a quantitative assessment will be conducted according to the "2020 Tonglu County Health Talent Introduction Quantitative Rating Table" (see Attachment 3). Candidates must self-assess in advance according to the scoring standards and prepare originals and copies of supporting materials for extra points.

2. Interview. The full score for the interview is 100 points, and the score for passing the interview is 60 points. Those who fail the interview cannot be included in the inspection and physical examination objects. The interview time and location will be announced at the recruitment site. Applicants who fail to attend the interview at the specified time and location will be deemed to have automatically given up the interview.

(3) Inspection: Follow the provisions of the National Civil Service Bureau's "Notice on Carrying out the Recruitment and Inspection of Civil Servants" (Guogong Bureau [2013] No. 2), and specific matters will be notified separately.

(4) Physical examination: Implemented with reference to the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the former Ministry of Health, and the former National Civil Service Bureau's "Notice on Further Improving the Physical Examination for Civil Servant Examination and Recruitment" (Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security [2012] No. 65) , the physical examination standards are in accordance with the "Notice on Revising the General Standards for Civil Servant Recruitment Physical Examination (Trial)" and "Civil Service Recruitment Physical Examination Operation Manual (Trial)" by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security, the former National Health and Family Planning Commission, and the former National Civil Service Bureau (Human Resources and Social Security Ministry of Finance [2016] No. 140) shall be implemented, and specific matters will be notified separately.

(5) Publicity: Based on the results of interviews, inspections and physical examinations, determine the list of personnel to be hired and publicize it. Personnel who report problems during the publicity period and are found to be unqualified for employment after investigation and verification will not be employed.

(6) Employment: If there is no objection after the public notice period, the application will be reported to the Tonglu County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau for review, the employment procedures will be handled in accordance with the prescribed procedures, and a public institution employment contract will be signed with the unit where the service period is completed. V. Introduction policy

(1) Treatment policy for the introduction of high-level health talents. Introduce high-level talents such as provincial famous (TCM) doctors and provincial health leading talent training candidates, provide a special government subsidy of 150,000 yuan per year, and enjoy a one-time settlement subsidy of 800,000 yuan; introduce senior professional titles from tertiary hospitals outside the county A one-time settling-in subsidy of 600,000 yuan will be given to key personnel; a one-time settling-in subsidy of 400,000 yuan will be given to key personnel with deputy senior professional titles from tertiary hospitals outside the county; intermediate professional titles from tertiary hospitals outside the county, and senior professional titles from tertiary hospitals For key personnel, a one-time settlement subsidy of 300,000 yuan will be given; for those who need other health talents with deputy senior or above professional titles, a house purchase subsidy of 100,000 yuan will be given. The resettlement subsidy will be paid in four years, with 40% allocated for the first time and 20% each year for three subsequent years. The resettlement subsidy and house purchase subsidy policies are not duplicated. Those who enjoy the government's special subsidies, settling-in subsidies and house purchase subsidy policies are required to sign an 8-year service contract.

The introduction of the above health talents is not subject to the annual introduction plan restrictions. After being approved by the County Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, first-time employees will be hired based on the corresponding level of professional and technical qualifications and are not subject to restrictions on the number of positions.

(2) Treatment policy for medical school graduates. Among them, the first batch of full-time doctoral students and master's students in urgently needed majors admitted to the "211 Project" college entrance examination for undergraduate departments will be given a settlement subsidy of 120,000 yuan and 100,000 yuan respectively; other full-time doctoral students, master's students and " The first batch of full-time undergraduates in in-demand majors admitted to the “211 Project” college entrance examination will be given a settlement subsidy of 60,000 yuan; the other first batch of full-time undergraduates in in-demand majors admitted to the college entrance examination will be given a settlement subsidy of 30,000 yuan. The county health bureau can also appropriately adjust the settlement subsidy standards based on the job needs of each hospital and the actual situation of talent recruitment. The settlement subsidy (or house purchase subsidy) and the living subsidy for newly introduced high-educated graduates in Hangzhou will not be duplicated.

6. Other Matters
