Similarly, I have been unable to find a job for a long time. Later, I came across B&Q, an enterprise that had a great influence on my life.

The process of entering B&Q is also tortuous. It wasn't B&Q who started hiring, but Obeid. I still remember when I went to the construction site to apply for a job, I was a little nervous and my salary was low. I just want to go in. I didn't know at that time that the salary requirement represented your understanding of your work ability to a certain extent. My job is similar to supermarket experience, and the evaluation of this job in my resume is relatively high, but the salary requirements are completely inconsistent with this evaluation. Everyone has a corresponding category, and the store will also issue a report on unsalable goods every week and month, which is a task that we need to complete ourselves in sales. Under this management system, there is basically no big problem. Even if there are problems, most of them have mature solutions. As long as you know how to learn, you can get them. Systematic solutions, decomposition of problems, finding the final point of solving problems, thus solving the whole problem, these methods of thinking and doing things are slowly learned and understood in daily work.

Zhi Li, the manager, is a demanding person and a bitter person. In those months, I had the urge to beat him up several times. But this person's characteristic is practical, at least I haven't found anything inappropriate because of his personal likes and dislikes. When he opened the store, he basically stayed with the manager, but the affairs of the department were still handled in an orderly manner. At the morning meeting every morning, assign the work to everyone to ensure that everyone has something to do and the task can be completed. And basically do not interfere in the process, all by yourself, only when necessary, the purpose is to let you finish the work quickly, so as not to affect everyone. Practically speaking, Zhi Li's management ability is very poor, and the means to deal with problems are insufficient, which seems to be not suitable for the manager's duties. His characteristic is that he knows how to delegate power and take responsibility. If he can't handle it, he will discuss it with us. He won't go his own way, nor will he command blindly. He won't ask us for help if there is something wrong with handling the problem. He took out several big lists and began to speak with his work permit. Later, I couldn't even get an employee card, so I had to go to mass service. Zhang Shun also began to show his strong points, being good at dealing with suppliers and coordinating many problems. Probably because of the development potential of group buying, B&Q started to set up a group buying department, and Zhang Dewu was transferred as a manager to avoid internal friction. But we had a bad time. When Zhi Li was here, he solved all the problems; With Liu or around, they will resist the pressure above, and we just need to do things; He comes to Zhang Shun, and if he can't handle it, he throws it at us. He also scolds him when we have problems, so I have more and more opinions about this person, and it is inevitable to complain when I meet the management directly.

Before the conflict broke out, the inventory began. The first contact with inventory, the overall feeling is very bad. The preparation before inventory is only complicated, and the write-off after inventory is the biggest. I haven't stayed in the department for more than a week, and overtime is normal. Every day, I look for differences in a pile of statements, or I look for the goods that have disappeared in the statements in the warehouse. I was so busy that I finally reduced the loss to an acceptable level.

After the inventory, I started post management and was directly named into the working group in the store. First, rack one's brains to fight for goods and improve the utilization rate of positions to the highest; Then get together to make suggestions and make conditions to solve the allocation area of each department; Finally, I went back to my department and arranged my department's storage plan according to the assigned area. Finally, people in our department saw that I had run away and were afraid of working as coolies; As soon as the promoter saw me, he asked if he wanted to lighten up his position and where to put the goods in the future. People in the warehouse are afraid to see me. When you go, just say you don't have time or a car. Of course, it was completed later. Before I left Dongguan, the feedback was very effective.

This is also the last time I am busy. I get the lowest salary in the department, do the most things, work two hours more every day, and call from time to time to disturb or even work overtime during breaks. You can never say I don't know. But I asked max and others, and it is basically impossible to raise wages in this situation. If you want a raise, the best way is to take part in the training and assessment of management positions in the store, and then you will have a chance. But I refused. I really learned a lot this year, but this trivial and repetitive routine made me feel very tired and really didn't like it. On the contrary, I am more suitable for all kinds of special work in the store, such as position management and inventory.

I started my holiday. Make-up leave and annual leave have more than ten days, and I only have to take three breaks before I quit. Both HR and the store manager are asking to change departments. I didn't promise, and finally left.

Summarizing the two years in Dongguan, I have the following views:

1, the reward of work should be in line with your own interests. If a job can't improve your ability, you must be able to get enough pay. If you can't achieve both, it's not a good job and you should consider leaving your job quickly.

It depends on the company to find a job. If there are differences in the development direction of leaders, internal friction in management, insufficient technical support and lack of boss credit, make plans early and get out early.

3. Find what you are good at, increase its proportion as much as possible, and avoid wasting too much time on things you are not good at.

The last and most important thing is to follow the right person. A competent superior may make you work hard, but it can make you learn more and improve faster. Or a superior with average ability will delegate power. You may not learn from him, but you will increase your experience by being able to handle the work independently. Other types are up to you.

It's a pity that I just analyzed this now. I didn't consciously analyze these things at that time, so that I planted several big pimples on them in the next few years.
