2. Adhesive layer
Adhesive layer is closely related to the performance and application range of self-adhesive printing materials, and it is one of the important performance indexes of self-adhesive printing materials.

3. Stripping layer
It is made by coating silicone oil on the surface of paper-based or film-based substrate to prevent adhesive from sticking to the peeling substrate, and at the same time, it can ensure a certain viscosity between the surface printing layer and the peeling substrate layer, which is convenient for printing and die cutting.
The release layer has two kinds of substrates: paper substrate and film substrate.
① Paper substrate. There are two types of paper substrates: translucent paper and multi-layer kraft paper. Semi-transparent paper is mostly used, and multi-layer kraft paper is only used as the backing paper of sealing strip.
② Thin film substrate. This kind of substrate belongs to advanced substrate, which has good dimensional stability and light resistance. There are mainly polyester film type and polypropylene film type. Because of its high price, this substrate is limited to the labels of high-end products.
