It is suggested that four major jewelry items should be identified when buying jewelry in Hongkong: Chow Tai Fook, Zhou Shengsheng, Xie Ruilin, Lukfook Jewelry, Tiffany's, Cartier, Mikimoto and Graf.
Two solutions:
1. If you remember the guide number at that time, call the Travel Industry Council of Hong Kong to complain. Travel agencies and tour guides are most afraid of this;
2. Call the merchant who bought it at that time to negotiate the return. If the other party disagrees, call the Hong Kong Consumer Council to complain. Ordinary stores will refuse to return the goods on the grounds that the products have been worn or damaged, so they have to admit that they are unlucky.
Remember not to join low-cost/free Hong Kong and Macao tours, which are all shopping tours. When you come to Hong Kong, you will be forced/lured to buy fake jewelry and watches.
