First, visit the internship.
A few days before the internship, there was a unified arrangement by the college. We visited Zhengzhou 863 software incubator, Zhengzhou Brilliant Science and Technology, Henan Provincial Museum and so on. I have benefited a lot from my internship these days, and I have learned a lot that I can't learn in textbooks.
Among them, the National 863 Central Software Incubator is a national 863 plan software industry incubator base approved by the Ministry of Science and Technology and applied by the Henan Provincial People's Government. It aims to create a good growth environment for software enterprises, cultivate key software enterprises and promote the development of software industry in Henan Province through comprehensive services in technology, talents, management, capital and policies. Its owner is Henan 863 Software Incubator Co., Ltd., which is jointly funded by Henan Productivity Promotion Center and Zhengzhou High-tech Zone. The main business is as follows: technical services: building a software development platform and providing related services. Including software quality management platform, software testing platform, software component library, etc. Training services: programmer training, advanced technical training, enterprise management training: human resources, marketing, quality management, etc. Management consulting: enterprise diagnosis, human resources consultant, software engineering consultant, marketing consultant, enterprise financing consultant, etc. Talent service: programmer training and recommendation, senior talent headhunting service, etc.
Services: international software outsourcing services, software testing services, software development, CMM consulting services, logistics industry software products, LTL business operating system, warehousing business operating system, component-based ERP software, embedded technical services, embedded development platform for power industry, embedded development support platform for railway industry, embedded technical service website, * * * * software development solutions, digital coal mine solutions and office automation system (OA) solutions.
Through the visit, I learned that CMM refers to "capability maturity model", which is called capability maturity model for software in English and abbreviated as SW-CMM in English. It describes the development stages of software organizations in the practice of defining, implementing, measuring, controlling and improving software processes. The core of CMM is to regard software development as a process. According to this principle, software development and maintenance are monitored and studied, which makes it more scientific and standardized, and enables enterprises to achieve business goals better. CMM is a method to evaluate software contracting ability and help it improve software quality, focusing on the management of software development process and the improvement and evaluation of engineering ability. CMM is divided into five levels: the first level is initial level, the second level is repeatable level, the third level is definition level, the fourth level is management level, and the fifth level is optimization level. ? CMM was successfully developed by Institute of Software Engineering, Carnegie Mellon University, USA in 1987. It is the most popular and practical software production process standard and software enterprise maturity level certification standard in the world. At present, all the existing software enterprises in China have passed the CMM standard certification.
The so-called software outsourcing means that some software companies in developed countries hand over some of their non-core software projects to companies in countries with relatively low human resource costs for development, so as to reduce the cost of software development. As we all know, 70% of the cost of software development is the cost of human resources, so reducing the cost of human resources will effectively reduce the cost of software development.
Software outsourcing has become an important means for software companies in developed countries to reduce costs. At present, global software sales amount to $600 billion, of which software outsourcing sales amount to $50-60 billion. It is estimated that by 2005, the sales of software outsourcing will reach $654.38 billion. The rapid growth of software outsourcing has brought new development opportunities to India and China, where human resource costs are relatively low.
At present, many companies in China have started to set foot in the field of software outsourcing. At present, the cities with developed software outsourcing industries are Shanghai, Beijing, Dalian and Shenzhen. Taking Beijing as an example, 40% of software enterprises participate in outsourcing projects, and 60% ~ 70% of the turnover of the software industry comes from outsourcing. In Shanghai and Beijing, the monthly salary of a software outsourcing engineer reaches 7,000 ~110,000 RMB, while a software engineer with the same ability only needs 3 ~ 4,000 RMB in Wuhan. The characteristic of capital is that it flows to places with lower costs. Therefore, a large number of eastern software companies have been preparing to transfer to the central region recently. At present, the preferred areas are mainly Wuhan and Xi 'an.
Current situation of software outsourcing market in China
The global software outsourcing market has reached $654.38+000 billion. The contracting markets are mainly concentrated in North America, Western Europe and Japan, and the contracting markets are mainly India, Ireland and other countries. Among them, the American market is monopolized by India and the European market is monopolized by Ireland. Now, the Philippines, Brazil, Russia, Australia and other countries have joined the competition of software outsourcing.
IT outsourcing service is the product of the continuous refinement of social division of labor and the development of IT technology. Compared with hardware outsourcing, software outsourcing started late, but developed rapidly. At present, India is the largest market for software outsourcing. In addition, Irish, Israeli and China are also the main markets for software outsourcing.
IDG statistics show that the global software outsourcing market has reached $654.38+000 billion. The global software outsourcing market is mainly concentrated in North America, Western Europe and Japan, with the United States accounting for 40% and Japan accounting for 10%. Outsourcing markets are mainly in countries such as India and Ireland. Among them, the American market is monopolized by India, and 80% of Indian software industry relies on software outsourcing. India has become the largest country in software outsourcing. The European market is monopolized by Ireland. Now, the Philippines, Brazil, Russia, Australia and other countries have joined the competition of software outsourcing.
Although the IT outsourcing service market in China has been growing at a high speed, so far, the user base of IT outsourcing service is still very small. As far as the content and service mode of IT outsourcing service are concerned, it is mainly limited to the support and maintenance of network infrastructure and desktop equipment at the infrastructure level. In 2003, the market scale of IT outsourcing services was only RMB 4.26 billion. Among them, the scale of IT operation management outsourcing service is 265.438+0.6 billion, the scale of application management outsourcing service is 65.438+0.5 billion, and the scale of software outsourcing is 65.438+0.9 billion.
According to the Annual Report of China IT Service Market Research in 2003 ~ 2004, the scale of China IT outsourcing market reached RMB 3.52 billion in 2003, up 42.5% year-on-year. The main target markets of China's software outsourcing are Japan and the United States.
The great success of China's economy makes people guess that China's software outsourcing industry will soon be on a par with Indian. However, McKinsey & Company recently conducted a research on the software field in China and found that it will take many years for China to pose a threat to India in the software outsourcing industry. First of all, China must consolidate its highly decentralized software industry and cultivate the scale and technology necessary to obtain large-scale international projects.
Through the field visit to Brilliant Science and Technology, I learned how important the scientific and technological talents needed by the company's development are, and the importance of intellectual property rights and independent research and development. This also indirectly tells us the direction of our future efforts.

In addition, according to the market survey, we found that the most popular occupation in the society (Zhengzhou market) was recently released by Shanghai Labor and Social Security Bureau. They are baby nurses, experimenters, furniture designers, exhibition business planning, exhibition hall lecturers, cartoonists, beauty instructors, game art designers, game programmers, network courseware designers, information security engineers, clothing merchandisers, jewelry appraisers and color management instructors. Some new jobs are not available in Zhengzhou. The newly announced 15 new occupations, such as experimenter, exhibition hall lecturer, color management technician and sensor application technician, seem to be rare in Zhengzhou, and some occupations seem unheard of. The reporter inquired about a number of exhibition halls, museums and Expo centers. At present, I don't know the commentator of the exhibition hall, and I don't need it. Generally speaking, the emergence of new occupations has a certain relationship with economic development. When the economy develops, there will be new jobs that match it. Therefore, the prosperity of new occupations can also be regarded as a sign of economic development.
Laboratory personnel refer to engineering and technical personnel engaged in laboratory construction, management and auxiliary experiments. His work includes laboratory management, instrument use and maintenance, detection and analysis, and experimental operation. Reporters went to the laboratories of some universities and research institutes to find out that they didn't know there were experimenters at all.
Hot jobs in social needs
Nanny: refers to a person who takes care of, nurtures and educates infants aged 0 to 3, and assists families in scientific parenting. According to the professional requirements, a baby nurse should have a junior high school education, be caring, patient, responsible, healthy, articulate, speak Mandarin, be observant, operate flexibly, and have the professional ability to apply what they have learned.
According to experts in preschool education from 0 to 3 years old, children before the age of 3 are at the peak of their growth, and 80% to 90% of fine movements in their lives must be laid in these three years. The current situation in China is that the education of this age group is extremely weak, which is extremely unfavorable to the improvement of population quality. Our government has realized that attaching great importance to the education of infants aged 0-3 is a shortcut to improve the quality of the people. Therefore, as a new profession, baby-sitter was listed in the Chinese Vocational Ceremony by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security.
At present, China's academic institutions have not set up a special preschool education major for infants aged 0-3, which makes there is a gap in educational talents at this age. According to statistics, 25% of mothers in Shanghai are going to hire a baby nurse for their babies. If a baby-sitter serves three families on average, Shanghai needs at least 30,000 baby-sitters. At the same time, the survey shows that 48.9% of families want the guidance of certified professionals. In the nursing market of nearly 200,000 infants in Chengdu, no nurse has received formal training. This is a huge market. As a new profession, baby nurses will have a very broad employment prospect when they enter Chengdu. Although Zhengzhou is not as good as the above two cities, the demand is also considerable.
Furniture designer: a professional designer who designs all kinds of furniture products according to the nature, environment and requirements of indoor space, combined with manufacturing technology and aesthetic principles. There are 7.5 million furniture employees in China, of whom 10% are engaged in furniture design. Based on this calculation, the number of furniture designers in China is about 700,000. With the rapid development of the real estate market in China, the domestic interior design industry is developing rapidly, and there are many domestic interior design companies. It is necessary to attract many talented and creative furniture designers to enter the interior design industry and decoration industry to engage in interior furniture design. So the career prospects of furniture designers are optimistic.
Exhibition business planning: in some large and medium-sized cities in China, especially in economically developed coastal areas, the exhibition industry has flourished and become a pillar industry to promote local economic development. Other industries driven and spawned by it have also emerged as the times require, becoming a "exhibition economy" attached to the exhibition industry in continuous improvement and development. At the present stage in China, the convention and exhibition industry is gradually maturing. At present, there are more than 6,543,800 exhibition employees in China, including 6,543,800 managers at all levels engaged in business planning, with a monthly salary of about 2,500 yuan. Engaged in the exhibition industry for more than 3 years, the annual salary can reach 6.5438+0 million to 200,000 yuan. According to experts, since the 1990s, the exhibition industry in major cities in China has developed rapidly. Known as "sunrise industry" and "money-scattering industry", the profit rate of convention and exhibition industry is generally above 25%. According to incomplete statistics, in the past two years, China has held more than 3,000 exhibitions with a certain scale every year, with more than 5.5 million exhibitors, tens of thousands of conference projects and hundreds of millions of participants. The direct income generated by the convention and exhibition industry exceeds 1000 billion yuan, and directly or indirectly drives the economic output of related industries to nearly1000 billion yuan. By the 2008 Olympic Games and the 20 10 Shanghai World Expo, more than 3 million employees will be needed for international and domestic conferences, forums, exhibitions and exhibitions. As a central city in Central China, Zhengzhou has developed transportation and numerous exhibition activities, which has great potential in this respect.
A new career with enough endurance
Network courseware designer: a person who uses modern teaching design means and computer network technology to analyze, design, make and evaluate courseware content.
At present, the number of students in China Internet University has exceeded 500,000. At the same time, online training is also favored by more and more enterprises. The joining of enterprises has enhanced the development momentum of online education and training. Network courseware is the core of network education and training. The quality of network courseware directly affects the quality of the whole network education and training. At present, in the field of education and training in China, network courseware has been quite popular, and it shows a situation of both supply and demand. Therefore, the number of enterprises and educational and training institutions engaged in the development of network courseware has also increased rapidly, and they urgently need a large number of network courseware designers with special vocational training.
Information security division: With the development of the Internet, various network viruses and cyber crimes have followed, and the emerging profession of information security division has officially entered people's field of vision. The society has a great demand for information security service. The army, national defense, banking, taxation, securities, public institutions, e-commerce and so on are in urgent need of a large number of information security talents, and information security engineers have become one of the IT upstarts. According to experts, information security engineers are personnel engaged in information security or computer network security management in administrative departments at all levels, enterprises and institutions, information centers and Internet access units, and are "senior security guards" in the information world. According to the conservative estimation of the national informatization construction scale, the demand for senior information security talents in China is about 30,000, and the demand for general talents is 6,543.8+0.5 million, but the existing information security professionals are far from meeting the market demand.
Jewelry appraiser: With more and more jewelry entering people's lives, there is an increasing demand for jewelry appraisers in China. However, at present, the number of people engaged in jewelry appraisal in China is less than 10,000, and only 38 people have passed the national registered jewelry appraiser qualification examination.
Small ornaments, the price is often surprisingly high. Especially during the holiday season, merchants made a high discount on jewelry promotion, which made consumers confused. Can you put a clear price tag on these jewels so that customers can buy them with confidence? This calls for the birth of a large number of jewelry appraisers who have received professional training and abide by professional ethics and evaluation standards.

Second, the unit internship
My internship unit is * * * * company. I am mainly responsible for the management of the company's intranet in the company, involving the normal login and access of the company's website, whether the hosts of various departments of the company are interconnected normally, whether they are infected with viruses, network hardware maintenance and so on.
From a student to an intern engineer, I have benefited a lot from just half a month's work. Not only in professional knowledge, but also in dealing with people. The society is changing rapidly, and the demand for talents is getting higher and higher. To look at problems from a developmental perspective, we must constantly improve our ideological understanding and ourselves. As an IT practitioner, the social pressure will be heavier than other industries, so we should learn to innovate and change to meet the needs of society. In the company, from the assembly and maintenance of computers to the maintenance and testing of servers, everything needs to be done by one person independently. It can be said that nearly half a month's work has made me grow a lot, from which I have a lot of insights. The following is my little experience:
The first is sincerity: you can disguise your face and your heart, but you should never ignore the power of sincerity. On the first day of internship in the network center, I was inevitably confused: I don't know what teachers (technicians) are like, what they do, what they do, and so on! When I walked into the office, I saw some strange faces. I greeted them with a smile. From that day on, I got into the habit of saying "Good morning, teacher" with a smile every morning when I saw them. This is my sincere greeting. I always feel that there are often some subtle things that are easily overlooked by us, such as a gentle greeting, which expresses respect and concern for teachers, colleagues and friends, and also makes others feel valued and concerned. In just a few days, I became one with the teachers and communicated well. I think it should be my sincerity that won the trust of teachers. They regard me as a friend and are willing to guide me and assign me tasks.
The second is communication: if you want to learn as much as possible in a short internship, you need to have good communication with teachers and deepen mutual understanding. When you first arrive at the network center, the teacher doesn't know your work and learning ability, what you will do or what you want to know, so it is necessary to communicate with the teacher well. At the same time, I think this is also an indispensable key for us to step onto the society in the future. Through communication, the teacher gave me a general understanding and taught me some knowledge in a targeted way. I am interested in network wiring, computer hardware installation, network troubleshooting, and application of working principle, so the teacher asked me to independently complete network maintenance and computer troubleshooting in all departments of the school. For example, the components of the secretariat office LAN and the server monitor in the central service room directly or indirectly ensure the normal operation and use of the campus network. In this work, we have really learned knowledge that is not available in computer textbooks or is really used, consolidated old knowledge, mastered new knowledge, and even overturned unrealistic old knowledge in books in practice, which truly embodies the true value of knowledge and applies what we have learned.
The third is passion and patience: passion and patience, like fire and ice, seem completely different, but they can collide with the most beautiful sparks. When I was in the center, the teacher told me that passion and patience are essential to make a computer network. In terms of product update, this industry is like doing news work to make up for the update. You need to keep learning with passion and patience to improve your professional level. The same is true in some specific work: I remember that when I first came to the school for internship, the teacher arranged for me to install win98 operating system in the general department. I thought it would be easy for me, but I didn't expect many problems. At first, it was a hardware problem: the CD-ROM drive didn't work, which made me impatient when I first installed the system, and then after it was solved smoothly, the driver problem of the operating system made me nervous! From the beginning, the general drivers were installed slowly. Although the current operating system installation will be installed automatically, some companies have old-fashioned machines. Usually we are more modern, and we have problems if we don't know how to operate well. Then I checked the hardware model through the hardware monitoring software, and finally the system was successfully installed. It took me two whole days to understand the hardware installation of the computer by myself. Maintenance and update, and then I have repeatedly installed and debugged various computer operating systems. It is naturally annoying to debug and install again and again, but I overcame these difficulties with my enthusiasm and patience, asked the teacher and looked up the information, all the problems were solved, and my knowledge in this area was enriched. These are only acquired from ordinary books, and the perceptual knowledge that has really been practiced here is truly proficient. It also made me realize my own shortcomings and warned myself not to be arrogant in whatever I do, but to be good at learning. There is also a look at the log records, which impressed me deeply, because the maintenance of the server is complicated and arduous, and it is necessary to ensure both physical security and system security. This requires querying the log log records. The status of the server has a log log record every minute, and it has a large amount of data and a lot of useless information, so it is "painful" to query the log. I deeply feel that I can't do such a job with passion and patience.
The fourth is serious responsibility and basic professionalism: serious responsibility is the basic quality necessary to do everything well, and basic professionalism is the premise. During the internship, I undertook the management of the company's ftp server and the daily inspection of information services, which is very in line with the professional development direction. Ftp service has its particularity, in which users can publish various documents including text, sound, video, multimedia and so on. To manage ftp, we must have excellent computer knowledge, especially a good understanding of file paths and the ability to summarize information, and put the documents uploaded by users in the company in different folders, which is also one of the basic abilities that our professional students should have. In the process of ftp management, I deeply feel the importance of distinguishing right from wrong and being politically sensitive as an information manager and publisher. The documents uploaded by users are unauthorized and authenticated. Therefore, in the ftp service authority, the upload folder (up) can only be uploaded and cannot be downloaded at will. The responsibility of the administrator is to preliminarily review the documents in the up folder, including whether the documents contain anti-government and anti-party information, whether they contain unhealthy information such as yellow, and whether they advocate unhealthy and unscientific lifestyles and attitudes. Therefore, to do these things well, without careful responsibility and basic professionalism, it is easy to have loopholes. The fifth is "proactive attack": when you have a choice, take the initiative in your own hands. When I am in the central server room, I will take the initiative to clean up and help the teacher do something that I can. I will also take the initiative to find the right time, ask questions to the teacher, communicate with the teacher like a friend, talk about life, study and future work. Through these, I will be closer to my teacher, and my teacher will be more willing to guide me during my internship. Get a bigger harvest. I remember that the company's marketing department reported that the network was blocked, so I volunteered to carry out maintenance. I feel very happy when the network is connected. Because of my initiative, I consolidated my knowledge and got the teacher's approval.
Third, summary.
At the end of the internship, I have a feeling of yearning in my heart, and I also understand the requirements of myself and society, because now, when I graduate to apply for a job, especially people like me, it is more often for society to choose their own careers than to choose their own careers. This should be the so-called employment before choosing a job. However, the overall social needs of our network engineering major are still ok, and I am more optimistic.
The above is my internship report this summer. It may not be a standard report, but it does reflect my feelings after half a month's internship.
Although the internship time in the company is not very long, I think no matter what kind of attempt, it will be very valuable to myself in the future.
