According to the definition of office property in comprehensive office insurance
The subject matter of property insurance refers to the following items of property and expenses listed in the schedule of insurance policies, in which the applicant and the insured have legitimate interests:
(1) houses;
(2) interior decoration;
(3) Office furniture and non-expendable articles and appliances;
(4) Office electronic equipment and computer equipment;
(five) after the insured loss occurs, the site debris cleaning fee.
The following property can be used as the subject matter of insurance only after the insured value is determined and listed by special agreement between both parties:
(1) Personal property of the employees of the insured;
(2) Antiques and handicrafts.
Article 4 The following property, whether it meets the provisions of Article 2 or not, is not the subject matter of property insurance:
(1) Portable computers, palmtop computers, mobile communication tools, camera equipment and watches;
(2) Gold, silver and jewelry;
(3) Cash, cash checks and other securities, unless otherwise agreed in this insurance contract;
(4) Documents, account books, files and drawings;
(5) Motor vehicles;
(6) Animals and plants.
