As the "city living room" of Zhanjiang, Haibin Park is one of the earliest parks in Zhanjiang. Times Square is the gate of the park. It is an arc colonnade supported by 20 columns and inlaid with 9 white marble reliefs, depicting the century-old history of Zhanjiang. The ground of the square is a map of the world made up of red, brown and gray tiles.
