Our campus is beautiful! At first glance, it looks dazzling. But what impressed me the most was a big flower bed next to the teaching building.
It's spring now, and the flowers and plants are waking up from their sleep. As soon as the wind blows, it swings from side to side, as if welcoming us.
There is a towering ginkgo tree in the flower bed. Its roots are thick, about two or three fingers wide. Its bark is rough, just like the wrinkled face of an old man. There are also some ants crawling around on it. Its branches are very long, and its leaves are like handfuls of small and exquisite fans, shining brightly on our eyes in green. It seems that every green leaf has a new little life trembling. Looking at these young leaf buds, I seem to see that in autumn, their leaves turn yellow, and the trees seem to be covered with a yellow robe, which is beautiful! Smell it, it seems that there is still a faint fragrance, which makes people relaxed and happy.
Then go inside, there is a beautiful maple tree. It grows very short, but in autumn, its leaves will miraculously turn red and red, just like a burning mountain. Maple leaves are like our palms. How beautiful!
I have seen plum blossoms and gorgeous peonies that spring, but I have never seen camellia like a red cloud. There are so many camellias, as many as stars in the sky; Camellia is so gorgeous, as bright as a cloud in the horizon; Camellia smells good. Intoxicating. As soon as the sun shines, it seems that thousands of red stars shine in front of you; When the breeze blows, there seem to be thousands of flags flying.
