Shuangliu Town, Kaiyang County, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, is located 74km northeast of Guiyang suburb and15km west of Kaiyang County. It borders Chengguan Town in the east, Hefeng Township of this county and Liutun Township of xiuwen county in the south, Jiuchang Town of xiuwen county in the west, about 25km away from 2 10 National Road and No.9 Station of Sichuan-Guizhou Railway, and is connected with Admiralty, Yongwen and Fengsan Town in the north. The relative height difference in the town is relatively large. The resident elevation of the Town People's Government is1420m, and the elevation of most areas is above1200m, so it is known as the alpine mountain area in Kaiyang. The town has a total area of 178.86 square kilometers and a total population of 35,346.
