Triangle orb corresponds to attack orb, round orb corresponds to attribute orb, and square orb corresponds to defense orb. Triangle orb can be inserted after weapon strength 3, attribute orb can be inserted after weapon level 6 9 12, and round orb can be inserted after clothes 3 6 9 12. A hat, like clothes, can't be inserted wrong.
