Interpretation 1: Consumers do not need to prove that there is a problem in returning goods.

Paragraph 3 of Article 23 of the New Consumer Law: If a consumer finds a defect in a durable commodity or service such as decoration provided by an operator within six months from the date of accepting the commodity or service, the operator shall bear the burden of proof for the defect.
