South Male Atoll (South Male Atoll)
Crossing the turbulent strait Vaadhoo Kandu between the North Male Atoll and the South Male Atoll, you will immediately notice that the South Male Atoll in Maldives has a very different atmosphere compared with its busy northern neighbors. Part of the reason is that the land here is vast and sparsely populated. There are only three inhabited islands on the eastern edge of the atoll, and each island has a small population. In addition, the uninhabited islands are far away from each other, and you will really feel the noise away from Male and its surrounding islands.
