1. The calculation base of promotion fee and head service fee of select alliance is adjusted from "payment amount-freight amount" to "payment amount+anchor ticket amount+platform ticket amount+payment channel subsidy-freight amount";

2. Pre-sale order of deposit, choose the promotion fee of deposit and final payment, and the rate of alliance promotion fee and head service fee shall be subject to the rate when deposit is paid;

3. According to the recent settlement of promotion expenses of talents/institutions, the platform will freeze 5% of the promotion expenses settled in recent 15 days as an account reserve fund for the commission refund after daily after-sales refund.
