At the same time, these two appraisal institutes have been designated as national key laboratories for gemstones, undertaking the appraisal tasks entrusted by the state.

(3) As for the retail circulation of certificates, the certificates of Shanghai Technical Appraisal Bureau are circulated in various gold shops in Shanghai (perhaps it is the requirement of government functional departments); The appraisal certificate of East China University of Science and Technology is circulated in most gold shops in Shanghai. Most of the certificates of light industry appraisal institutes are circulated in the gold shops of enterprises affiliated to the Ministry of Light Industry; The certificates of Shanghai Zhongbaobao Jade Appraisal Institute appear more in Pudong's gold shops (probably because it was established late, and Puxi's appraisal market share has been occupied by the top three bosses).

Light industry: below 50 points -50 yuan, above 50 points -80 yuan. Issue 3C classification report except cutting work, and add 20 yuan to the cutting work report.
