"The Art of War" said: "A good soldier can arouse others, but not others." It means that war should be good at grasping the initiative and be able to dominate the actions of opponents without being dominated by them. In the military, the most common tactic is called "encirclement gang". Attack and save, and then wait for an opportunity to annihilate reinforcements, thus successfully achieving the goal of destroying the enemy's effective strength. The famous siege of Wei to save Zhao in history is a typical successful case of "creating man". In real life, this principle also has great guiding significance. At the end of the Warring States Period, for example, Ying Zheng, the king of Qin, appointed Wang Jian (Ji m︱n) as the commander in chief, and devoted all his efforts to attacking Chu. Wang Jian took away almost all the elite troops of Qin State.
Wang Jian knew that Ying Zheng was suspicious and he was armed to the teeth, which inevitably became the heart disease of the king of Qin. If he is not careful, he will be ruined. In order to dispel Ying Zheng's suspicion, Wang Jian deliberately asked the king of Qin to reward fertile land, beautiful houses, gold and silver jewelry, or he would not send troops, so the king of Qin naturally agreed. After the invasion, Wang Jian sent five messengers back to Qin Dou to ask the king of Qin for a reward. Even the lieutenant Meng Tiandu can't stand it. He laughed at Wang Jian and said, "Is the old general happy?" Seeing no one around, Wang Jian whispered to Meng Tian, "General Meng misunderstood. Your majesty has always been suspicious and doesn't trust courtiers. This time, he gave me almost all the troops in the country. I asked for the farmhouse one by one, so that your majesty would know that what I want is only a small matter, so that he would not be suspicious of me! " Meng Tian listened to an epiphany and nodded, admiring veteran Wang Jian's careful consideration. Wang Jian's approach is "not to be human because of people."
In fact, Wang Jian's example also reflects the contradiction of everything in the world from another level. If Wang Jian is really a greedy person, it is conceivable that in the ancient society ruled by man, he should be a person who has no principles and meets have it both ways and Quyi. Can such a person lead a tribe? It is hard for us to imagine that a person who is afraid of death can walk all the way on the battlefield. However, Yao Ming is an ambitious man. In order to realize his life value, he must haggle over every ounce, be insatiable, and have to make people sigh. I think this is also a kind of helplessness in life.
We talked about so many historical figures just to learn the wisdom of the ancients in dealing with people. In fact, in the final analysis, there is only one source of wisdom, and that is tranquility. Taoist Jing Jing says: "People can always be quiet, and heaven and earth return." A quiet heart first lies in "purity", that is, indifference without desire, rigidity without desire, weakness without desire, which is the foundation of a person's strength inside and outside; If you have a "clear" heart, you will naturally be "quiet". There is a saying that "people who indulge in lust are all superficial." Why? It is because once a person is too addicted, it is inevitable that he will work hard all day and ask for help everywhere. When a person's heart is restless, there will be more troubles, and when he is upset, he will definitely not be able to bear wisdom, which has nothing to do with whether he is smart or not. Life should have a direction, but there should be no persistence; Life should be persistent, but not stubborn.
How to grasp this scale? This is what we once said, we should stick to all "legal" things. First of all, we must persist in right and wrong, big and big, which is not persistence; The second is right and wrong. Right or wrong in life is sometimes difficult to judge, but we must make a choice. So how can we judge whether a choice is right or wrong? We can't judge from the so-called visible results, but must judge from the jurisprudence. Jurisprudence is to be reasonable, one is to conform to the law of development and change of things, and the other is to conform to human feelings. The so-called "everything is learned, and human feelings are articles."
Why can't we judge from the visible results? Because focusing on results will always lead to short-sighted behavior. People often give up because there is no result in doing something for a while, but forget that persistence will have great results; People tend to flock to something because it will have great benefits or benefits, but they don't know that quick success and instant benefit are just laying a bigger hidden danger for the future, and the benefits you get are far from enough to make up for the future losses. Therefore, as far as the matter itself is concerned, it will never be clear. Only by transcending appearances and looking at the internal development law of things can we really know what to do and what not to do, and we can really win the best results.
To be continued.
