Amber gelatin can be used for:
1. Replenish the blood volume after hypovolemic shock, surgical trauma, burn and infection, and stabilize the blood circulation and extracorporeal circulation before and after operation, and generally inject 500 ~ 1000ml within 1 ~ 3 hours. Intravenous drip operation, the dosage of a small amount of bleeding is 500 ~ 1000ml, and the solid line of infusion is 1-3 hours.
2. Hypovolemic shock is a dose of 1000 ~ 1500ml, which is infused within 24 hours.
3. The dying patient should use 500ml, and the infusion should be pressurized within five minutes.
If amber gelatin is allergic to this product during use, this patient is prohibited.
Patients with circulatory overload, water retention, severe renal failure and pulmonary edema are prohibited.
Once an allergic reaction occurs, the drug should be stopped immediately and the corresponding treatment should be carried out according to the patient's condition.
It can be used to treat septicemia, severe burns, pancreatitis, hypovolemia and hemorrhagic shock, and to prevent possible hypotension, spinal anesthesia or epidural anesthesia.
