Zi Hua Yao (1900 ~1996.1.23), whose real name is Zi Chaocong, is from Hejian Village, Zhou Tao, Nanyang Town, leiyang city City, Hunan Province. 17 years old, studying in Japan. I graduated from the School of Economics of Imperial University in Kyoto, Japan at the age of 26. 1933 to 1934 went to Wharton school of business administration, University of Pennsylvania, USA for further study. 1947, study tour at Harvard University School of Business Administration. He used to be a professor at Peiping Law School, China University and Republic of China University, and the editor-in-chief of Bank Monthly. From 1928 to 1950, he joined Shanghai Commercial Savings Bank, and served as director of investigation department, manager of Tianjin branch and general manager of branches under the jurisdiction of North China.
