Method 1: Look at the color.
Contains seven green, eight yellow, nine purple and ten red dots. That is, 70% of the gold is cyan, 80% of the gold is yellow, 90% of the gold is yellow and purple, and 24K gold is red. Natural gold is not easy to oxidize and has a bright color. You can tell the true from the false by comparing colors.
Method 2: Hardness test
Gold jewelry with high color is soft, while gold jewelry with low color is hard. Pure gold is very soft (the hardness of pure gold is 2.8 according to the hard classification). You can carve marks on gold with a pin, but nails can hardly carve gold. You can bite marks on gold with your teeth. Gold-plated fake brass is too hard to bite with your teeth. Real gold jewelry is soft to the touch, easy to bend and not easy to break. Fake or adulterated goods with low color are easy to break and not easy to bend.
Method 3: use fire.
As the saying goes; "Real gold is not afraid of fire." As long as the first ornament is baked red on the ceramic tile on the furnace surface, the surface is still golden yellow after cooling, which means real gold, and when it turns black, it means fake gold.
