Please note that the following property does not belong to the subject matter insured in this contract:

(1) Precious items such as gold and silver, jewelry, diamonds and their products, jade articles, jewelry, stamps, antiques, ancient books, calligraphy and painting, handicrafts, rare metals and products;

(2) Cash, bills, negotiable securities, documents, files, account books, charts, account books, technical materials, audio-visual products, computer software and data, and property with no appraisal value;

(3) Pens, lighters, watches, glasses, handbags and other valuables of luxury brands;

(4) Vehicles such as automobiles, motorcycles, tricycles and mopeds;

(5) Daily consumer goods (including cigarettes, wine, food, medicines, cosmetics and skin care products), pets, cultured products and plants;

(6) simple buildings;

(seven) property used for industrial and commercial production and business activities and rental of houses used for industry and commerce;

(8) The relevant government departments expropriate occupied houses, illegal buildings, dangerous buildings, illegally occupied properties and properties in an emergency and dangerous state at the time of insurance;

(9) Other family property not listed in Article 2. 1 of this insurance clause.

1. Please note that we are not responsible for compensating the losses and expenses caused by the following reasons:

(1) Intentional acts or gross negligence of you, the insured and their families, service personnel and sojourners;

(2) War, hostile acts, military acts, armed conflicts, strikes, riots, riots, terrorist activities, theft and robbery;

(3) Nuclear radiation, nuclear explosion, nuclear pollution and other radioactive pollution;

(4) Other natural disasters and accidents not listed in Article 2.3 of this contract, such as earthquakes, tsunamis and their secondary disasters;

(6) Air pollution, land pollution, water pollution, chemical pollution and other kinds of pollution, but the pollution caused by accidents within the scope of this contract is not limited to this;

Please note that we are not responsible for the following losses and expenses:

(1) Loss or loss of use value of the subject matter insured;

(2) Indirect losses.

Please note that we are not responsible for compensation under any of the following circumstances:

(1) When the insured accident occurs, the subject matter insured has been left unattended for more than 60 consecutive days;

(2) illegally possessing or holding the subject matter insured.

(3) You failed to pay the insurance premium as agreed, resulting in an insurance accident.
