3. Zip back and forth.

Pull the zipper back and forth slowly on the lubricated zipper. If there is a little resistance, stop and add some pencil scraps, and then continue to pull until you can pull from one end to the other. Not too fast, it may cause other problems.

If the pencil doesn't work well, change it into a powerful lubricant.

Lubricants may need to be used many times to take effect.

Second, the situation of missing or bad teeth.

1. Check the position of bad teeth or missing teeth.

If the position is very close to the end, it can be repaired, but if it is close to the beginning, be ready to change the zipper. If the missing tooth is in the back third of the whole zipper, it can be repaired. If it is in the first two thirds, replace the whole zipper.

2. Pull the zipper to the front of the bad tooth.

You can pull the zipper to the front or just in front of the bad tooth. As long as it is in front of the bad tooth, it doesn't matter where it is.

3. sew a few stitches on the bad tooth.

At least six stitches, which will produce a new ending. It's better to sew more times. It's safer. The new end should be right in front of the damaged part, so as to keep more zippers. Sew both sides of the teeth.
