Taiwan Province Province is an island uplifted by Eurasian plate, Okinawa plate and Philippine Sea plate. Its overall shape is like a sweet potato, and the Tropic of Cancer spans the south-central part. The whole island is high mountains, and the terrain changes greatly. Most of the mountains are NNW-SW, with narrow plains, frequent earthquakes and many hot springs and extinct volcanoes. The climate is hot and rainy. Due to the influence of stagnation front, there is rainy season in spring and summer, typhoon in summer and northeast monsoon in winter. The average temperature in Leng Yue is above 14℃, and the annual rainfall is above 2510 mm. It rains all the year round in the north, but it is concentrated in summer in the south, and typhoons often strike in summer and autumn. Due to the combined influence of topography and climate, Taiwan Province Province has tropical, subtropical, temperate and cold zones, and its natural landscapes and ecosystems are also rich and diverse.
State power has appeared in Taiwan Province Province since17th century, and it has undergone many evolutions in history, the latest of which was the restoration of Chinese territory in 1945. At present, the population of Taiwan is about 23 1.7 million, and the main ethnic groups are the Han nationality and the aborigines who settled in Taiwan Province Province earlier. In the economic and trade field, Taiwan Province Province gives priority to developing high-tech industries to earn foreign exchange. In 1980s and 1960s, it was listed as the "Four Little Dragons" in Asia along with Hong Kong, Singapore and South Korea, and its economy developed rapidly, and it became one of the developed countries in 1990s. At present, the economy is quite depressed, ranking the last of the four little dragons, and the unemployment rate is extremely high. The industry has moved westward to the mainland and become hollow.
