Travel guide to Lishi ancient town
Lishi Ancient Town is located in Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, with beautiful scenery, rows of houses and shops in the ancient town. Every place shows your gorgeous and extraordinary figure, leaving a thousand-year memory again, which is as heartbreaking as a dream. Let's introduce it in detail below.

Lishi Town, Lu Xian County, Luzhou City, Sichuan Province, was called Lishizhan in ancient times and belonged to Fengyi Township in Ming and Qing Dynasties. Located in the east of Luzhou, it is adjacent to Ji 'an Town, Yongchuan City, Chongqing in the east, Baihe Town and Yunjin Town in the south, Tanxuan Town in the west and Pilu Town in the north. It is 38km from Luzhou, 53km from Lu Xian County and 40km from Yongchuan City. Lu Yong high-grade cement road (provincial highway 307) runs through the whole territory, with convenient transportation and communication. Aquatic products and mineral resources are abundant.

Its history can be traced back to the ancient post station in the Tang and Song Dynasties, with a history of 1000 years. At that time, guests who traveled to and from Luzhou, Yongchuan, Rongchang and Hejiang every day generally lived in Lishi. Ancient streets, temples, theaters and ancient official residences all extend along the long Qingshi Road.

Premature prosperity may have made it all the joys and sorrows in the world, and it has experienced enough joys and sorrows. Like Naxi Music Road, it finally chose to return to tranquility and indifference. When I came to this place today, I didn't feel it at all. Tai Shigong described it as: "The world is bustling, all for profit; The world is bustling, all for profit. " That kind of sentient beings, exhausted for their own interests. About our ancestors listened to the aisles, and the rest of the time would rather be more quiet and less noisy.

Of course, this is just wishful thinking of selling wine. Who knows the hopes of the local people? Generally speaking, young people don't want to be poor, but if they have some connections, they won't stay in their hometown for development. No matter how deep your historical background is, I still hope to go out and have a look, then take a rest and fight again. Although I may not be able to go back to my hometown, at least when I come back, I feel more comforted.

Sociologists once said that everyone is attached to home and should not be disgusted, but should not be persistent. Perhaps most people will choose to leave the leaves to their roots, but before leaving the leaves, they are more willing to wander around and create more possibilities.

Before these possibilities appear, we can still enjoy the past history of the ancient town. Maybe someone will ask why the wine seller is called Lishi. Although the drinker is not a local, I like to study Luzhou folk culture and know its origin roughly. Like many ancient myths, this origin is a legend. With regard to the inconvenience of the original record, what is passed down from mouth to mouth by ordinary people prefers it to be magical.

According to legend, there was a fairy named Taiyi, a real person, who was Nezha's master. Before the Tang Dynasty, he passed by with a mule and was thirsty for water. Because there was no stake to tie the horse, he saw a huge stone under the ground and set it up with his magical power to tie the horse and mule. Since then, this stone has been named.

Legend is certainly not history, and history can't find its true colors. On the contrary, the spread of folklore, although a myth, has also received a tacit approval. When you first come to this place, or when the older generation chats with local young people, you will tell them the same story.

In the Tang Dynasty, it was said that this post station once carried lychees for the imperial concubine, and horses that traveled thousands of miles every day roared past here. Of course, it is true or not, and people who drink wine can't verify it. Where litchi is not produced, it becomes a must. If the legend is true, it is really more humanistic.

However, in the Ming and Qing Dynasties, Lishi Town with convenient transportation became a famous rice producing area and trading market in southern Sichuan. These records are far more authentic than those in the Tang and Song Dynasties. On the day of rushing to the scene, the rice trading volume at that time could reach one million stones a day.

So until today, this two-kilometer-long ancient street, one of which still retains the title of Mishi Street. However, the name of Lishi Town is actually more closely related to stone. In the early 1980s, a large number of ancient tombs of the Southern Song Dynasty were discovered in Luzhou, among which Lishi was particularly noticeable.

Eight hundred years ago, the Luban people in Luzhou did not leave their names and deeds, but today we can enjoy the stone carving art that spans nearly a thousand years and has amazing specifications and forms.

Thin burial was popular in the Southern Song Dynasty. After most tombs were opened, there were no signs of theft. But there are few funerary objects and few inscriptions. Only these stone carving scenes showing people's daily life at that time seemed to open the dimensional door connecting Luzhou in the Southern Song Dynasty.

Back in the 1980s, when farmers in Lishi Town were building a grain drying field, they accidentally dug up an ancient tomb in the Southern Song Dynasty. This ancient tomb was once stolen, but fortunately, many stone carvings were left behind. Grave robbers only look at gold, silver and jewels, but they don't take a fancy to these heavy and difficult stones. In the dark grave, they have no interest in enjoying these masterpieces. However, the unexpected excavation has since opened the prelude to the stone carving group of Song tombs in Lishi Ancient Town.

After years of cultural relics investigation, it is found that there are as many as 16 stone carvings in Song tombs in Lishi ancient town, and even today there may still be undiscovered ancient tombs. Later, it was said that the underground dynasty of the Southern Song Dynasty was buried deep here more than 800 years ago.

Today, the ancient town of Lishi can't find the horse-tied pile of that year, but all the stone carvings unearthed from the Song tomb are kept in Lu Xian Cultural Relics Bureau. After years of numbering, some of them are exhibited in museums for people to see. Although it was not as crowded as Lishi Town in those days, there were still some ancient people and folk lovers who praised it and lamented it.

As for today, any high-definition TV series with the theme of the Southern Song Dynasty does not need to be compared with its true face. The Song Dynasty was so exquisite and developed that it was even better than the Tang Dynasty.

In the ancient town, we can't see more underground remains, but the inheritance of blood is clear to follow. There are several ancestral temples here, among which Ai is the largest. In China, people have the plot of seeking their roots and ancestors in their bones. No matter where you go, the pursuit of ancestors is a constant feeling. The inheritance of family style is actually the recognition and inheritance of ancestors' morality and behavior. A good family style is more valuable than gold. It is the key to a family's endless life and our belief.

Unfortunately, in today's cities, such inheritance is almost impossible to find. Fortunately, there are many ancient towns in Luzhou, which is fortunate in misfortune and the key to the future recovery of local culture.

In addition, there is another feature of Lishi that we must talk about. Although, today, there are also old Lishi people who complain about selling wine, the characteristics are gradually eclipsed, but it is Erlang well in Lishi town.

"Lu County Records" said that the most legendary thing in Lishi Town is Erlang Well with a history of more than 700 years, which has nurtured generations of Lishi Town.

This ancient well was built on a stone beach, guarded by Erlang God and guarded by a toad at the door. The well water of Erlang well is composed of three clear springs. The output of spring water is particularly large, and people come here to get water in an endless stream every day, but there are always so many wells that never dry up.

In winter, well water is warm and does not freeze hands; In summer, well water is cold and sweet. The most amazing thing is that when cold winter dishes are cooked in a well, the fluff can be dumped without oil, and the dishes are smoother and the soup is more delicious, which is amazing. Not only that, cooking with Erlang well water is more moist, wine is more mellow and tea is more fragrant. "

Obviously, this situation was different in the past, but it is a little different today. Some people say that this well doesn't feel like their childhood, because it lacks attention and protection. I hope this is only temporary. I believe there is no problem in maintaining and managing an old well today and restoring it.

I don't know what kind of concept it is that a well has been used by local people for more than 700 years. If so, I will be very grateful, not thirsty. And everyone should take care of it as a treasure, not just take it away.

Just think, as the old saying goes, there is an old man who, if he has a treasure, has an ancient well in a place that is still in use today. More importantly, it witnessed the history of Lishi Town, and I hope it will continue to witness it in the future.

In recent years, Lishi Town has been endowed with a unified exterior decoration, that is, the buildings of the ancient streets in the old city are stiffly wrapped with something like antique wall covering. The locals once laughed at themselves and welcomed you to a new ancient town.

Wine drinkers are often thinking about how to protect and use the ancient town, which is more conducive to its continuation.

It is reconstruction, but also simple and rude decoration of those nondescript wall styles. Although it looks uniform in style, it actually makes people feel ridiculous. Or according to its historical development track, under the condition of protection and utilization, try to repair and maintain its original appearance? Maybe this needs more research and practice.

Today, Lishi Town has not developed a text tour project like its neighbor Chishui City, but it also hopes to have some new vitality. I hope that the local people in my hometown can play its value again in the future.
