My beautiful hometown, Haifeng, is located on the coast of the sea in the southeast of Guangdong Province, with the majestic Lotus Mountain in the north and the vast sea in the south. In the past, Haifeng was much larger than it is now, and the general scope included the areas under the jurisdiction of Shanwei, Lufeng and Luhe. People used to call this area "Hailufeng". Our Hailufeng area is close to Chaoshan area in clan and geography, because everyone comes from Fulao nationality. However, due to the changes in history and administrative divisions, we are similar to the Dongjiang area in Huiyang in terms of human customs. Therefore, the culture of Shanwei people has the dual compatibility characteristics of Chaoshan and Hakka.
