Brief introduction of Cheng's ancestral hall
Fuyang Shicheng Ancestral Temple is a Han ancestral temple building built in Qing Dynasty, which belongs to the place where Han people worship their ancestors and sages. The ancestral temple of Cheng Wenbing, the prefect of the Yangtze River Navy in Qing Dynasty. Cheng Wenbing was founded in Tongzhi for nine years (1870). It is the highest ancestral temple in Fuyang. During the Republic of China, the special service team stationed in Fuyang garrison headquarters. After the establishment of People's Republic of China (PRC), these two ancestral halls, together with Qi's ancestral hall, were changed to the guest house of Fuyang District Administration Office. 1958 was renamed as the second guest house of Fuyang Commissioner's Office and sold to Fuyang Branch of China Construction Bank. Now the Drum Tower Jewelry City is the original site of the ancestral temple.
