At present, the company has signed the Equity Transfer Framework Agreement with Beijing Shoutuo Rong Sheng Investment and the Equity Transfer Agreement with Shenzhen Lanruisha New Materials Technology.

The company and the counterparty have signed a formal transfer agreement on the equity transfer of the target company, and the acquisition is imminent.
