In addition, the reform of the national education system is short, and the training methods of higher vocational schools are rigid, so the supply of social talents can no longer adapt to the situation and reality that China has become a global manufacturing power. In addition, a large number of young people who failed to enter colleges and universities entered the society without receiving professional skills training, which caused great difficulties in employment and life, and also caused great burden to society.
In recent years, the state has vigorously developed secondary vocational education under various circumstances and achieved remarkable results. Secondary vocational education has ushered in a good period of great development. In order to meet the needs of society, this is also one reason why I will devote myself to secondary vocational education.
First, my understanding of secondary vocational education
Since the army retired, I began to care about all aspects of local political and economic development, and I also had some thoughts and investigations on secondary vocational education. Through the website of the Ministry of Education, radio and television and other media to pay attention to the information about secondary vocational education, I have some experience.
(A) vigorously developing secondary vocational education is an urgent requirement for China's social and economic development.
As far as social needs are concerned, the concrete manifestations are as follows:
1, there are a large number of unemployed people, and enterprises can't recruit talents with professional skills;
2. Every year, a large number of junior high school, high school and even college graduates enter the society, and they can't find a job without a skill or a specialty;

4. A considerable number of enterprises are unable to provide technical training for their internal employees and encounter difficulties in industrial restructuring and industrial upgrading;

The above objective facts prove the necessity and urgency of vigorously developing secondary vocational education. In recent years, the employment rate of secondary vocational school graduates has reached more than 90%, which in fact proves that the actual demand for secondary vocational education is strong.

3. The overall quality of teachers is not high and unstable.
Specifically, I personally think that according to the requirements of training objects and employment characteristics of secondary vocational schools, secondary vocational teachers should mainly consist of three parts:
