Cuihua Gold Shop pays attention to recruiting talents and attracting talents. The manager ran around and visited skilled craftsmen. During the periods of 1928 and 1929, seven or eight technicians, headed by Wang, were hired from Zhicheng Silver House in Dong 'an Market in Beijing to learn from each other, and Cuihua benefited a lot. Paying attention to quality and reputation, Cuihua Gold Store soon became the first choice for royal custom jewelry, and gradually became a royal jeweler. Cuihua Gold Store also became the jewelry emperor of the whole gold and silver industry at that time.
1934 At the beginning of this year, the pseudo-Kant Puyi will hold the ceremony of accession to the throne and the ceremony of announcing heaven in the suburbs of Changchun. When telling the sky, you must wear a dragon robe and a crown. The imperial palace immediately made a crown according to the ancestral system. After careful screening, the task finally fell on the head of Cuihua Jindian. This history is gloomy and resentful. However, history has left Cuihua with no choice. For the survival of hundreds of Chinese in Cui Hua, Jin Dian, Cui Hua, had to concentrate on the most famous craftsmen at that time to make it day and night, and finally finished this golden crown ornament as scheduled. Although it can't be done, Cui Hua's helpless move left a masterpiece for Cui Hua's craft manufacturing history. To this end, Puyi's younger brother Pu Jie will personally write a plaque for Shenyang Cuihua Gold Store in the future.
From the perspective of appreciation of cultural relics, the crown inlaid and carved for Puyi is exquisite and complex, and it can be called the best of today's handicrafts. The real gold crown pillar is wonderful. Li Xi, a famous calligrapher and epitaph, marveled at China's exquisite gold, silver and jewels. He wrote a couplet in Zeng Zeng official script, praising: "Exquisite treasures boast the city, flowers add algae to capture the dragon pattern", which fully demonstrated the superb skills of traditional gold jewelry technology in China and even the Chinese nation.
Shanghai ups and downs
1September, 939, the Japanese puppet authorities in Fengtian violently arrested all the managers and backbones of the gold shop to the police station and detained them for interrogation, hell to pay. Later, Cuihua hired a Japanese barrister to defend the two managers, but the gold shop was forced to be changed into a department store under the coercion of the Japanese and puppet authorities.
Silent age
After the victory of the Anti-Japanese War, colleagues of Cuihua Jindian returned to their homeland in the form of cooperation with their eastern partners with the joy of the motherland's recovery. Zhao Ruifu, one of the shareholders, is the manager. However, shortly after its opening, the Kuomintang government banned gold trading and the gold shop had to close. After liberation, Cuihua Gold Store flourished for a while. However, since 1950, gold and silver trading was considered as a speculative industry at that time, which did not conform to the national economic policy. As a result, the shareholders of the gold shop responded to the call of the government and automatically closed down and changed careers.

If it is gold, it will not be buried in the soil forever. 1985 amid the firecrackers celebrating the reform and opening up, Cuihua Gold Store, which has been sleeping for decades, was supported by Shenyang Gold and Silver Products Factory (now Shenyang Cuihua Gold and Silver Jewelry Co., Ltd.) under the care of the leaders of Shenyang Municipal Government. Finally, in May of that year, Cuihua Jindian officially resumed business. Zhao Ruifu, the 80-year-old former manager of Cuihua Jindian, was hired as a consultant of Cuihua Jindian.
