1. The customer has the right to cancel the contract within 7 (seven) days after the product is delivered to the customer's address. For some orders, the relevant period should be calculated from the delivery date of the last product.
2. If it is necessary to exercise the cancellation right, the customer should follow the instructions and procedures described in the return guide attached to the product.
3. The courier designated by Prada will receive the package containing the product and return it to the customer free of charge if the customer follows the procedure specified in the previous paragraph.
On the other hand, if the customer fails to follow the above procedures, the customer shall pay the return fee and be responsible for the loss, theft, damage or delayed delivery of the product.
4. In any case, the customer shall be responsible for returning the products that Prada has exercised the relevant cancellation right within 7 (seven) days from the date of notifying Prada to exercise the cancellation right without undue delay.
5. When the product is returned, it must be kept in the same state as the last delivery and packed in the original packaging. In the case of rejection of return, PRADA will send a specific notice to the customer, and will not refund the money paid by the customer afterwards, and will also reserve the right to claim compensation for the damage caused by the customer.
6. Unless otherwise stipulated in the following clauses, PRADA shall refund any paid amount of the returned products without undue delay within 14 (fourteen) days from the date of learning that the customer has exercised the cancellation right.
