The main building of Prado Museum was designed by architect Juan de Villanueva in neoclassical style at the end of 18, and was originally used as a natural science museum. After many vicissitudes, especially after France invaded Spain-Napoleon sent his brother to the Spanish throne, Prado was converted into a painting museum, which opened in the order of Ferdinand VII (18 13- 1833 reigned) in19. In addition to a large number of paintings, there are sculptures, sketches, furniture, coins, badges, various decorative works of art from tapestries to stained glass windows, and rare jewels. At the end of 18, another building, Hermosa Palace Villa, displayed the works of European and Spanish artists since 18; The latter focuses on Goya's works and highlights the unparalleled character of Aragon's talented artists. Not far from these two buildings is the Hermit Pavilion, which is a part of the old palace with the same name. It displays works of art from19th century, that is, from Goya to juan gris, Miro and Picasso. The famous guernica is collected in 198 1, and all works belong to Prado.
