Its registration number is: Enterprise Foreign Resident ZiNo. 13008, and the number is N00847 17. Immediately, the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality Supervision issued the "People's Republic of China (PRC) Organization Code Certificate" with the code number of 76090074-9; The national customs has handled the Customs Declarer's Certificate; The Beijing Foreign Exchange Administration Department of the State Administration of Foreign Exchange approved the Registration of Foreign Exchange Accounts; Bank of Communications Beijing Branch approved the establishment of "foreign exchange and RMB accounts"; The Beijing Municipal Public Security Bureau issued the Registration Certificate of Institutions in Beijing.

Because it is a non-profit organization, the State Taxation Bureau gives it tax exemption. At this point, all legal procedures have been completed. On May 29th, 2004, a press conference was held in the Great Hall of the People in Beijing to formally announce the establishment of the Beijing Representative Office of the Asian Jewelry Federation.
