Since childhood, Mr. Wang has been attached to Han and Mo, reading widely, researching and copying countless ancient and modern famous monuments. The work has both form and spirit, and it is seamless. Over the years, Wang Lao has been writing incessantly and achieved fruitful results.

During 1995, the joint exhibition was successfully held in Guilin, Fuzhou, Guangzhou and Wuhan.

In 2003, he was awarded the Memorial Award of China Invitational Exhibition of Famous Painters and Calligraphers to commemorate the 1 10 anniversary of Mao Zedong's birthday.

In 2006, he won the first prize in the "Wang Duo Cup" calligraphy and painting contest and was awarded the honorary title of "China Bai Jie painter".

In 2007, in the National Calligraphy and Painting Competition to celebrate the 10 anniversary of Hong Kong's return, his works were included in the Collection of Famous Calligraphy and Painting Artists Celebrating the 10 anniversary of Hong Kong's return, which was permanently collected by the organizing committee.
