Located in the center of Shenzhen, 80% products of Xinghe/Third Space are imported, most of which are world-class home brands.
For example, German LEICHT kitchen cabinets, ROLFBENZ furniture, British royal doulton porcelain, French ligne roset furniture, Swiss de sede Karting and so on.
Introduce top international brands
In this shopping center, it is not difficult to find a set of kitchenware worth more than one million, a bed of more than 200,000, a chair of more than 70,000, and even a glass of nearly 1,000 yuan. And most brands here have the right to order from abroad. Manufacturers can customize products according to customers' requirements.
No matter from the product price or the service nature, this shopping center takes the luxury consumption route. Tang Xiaobo, the planning manager of Xinghe/Third Space, said that after investigating the furniture market in Shenzhen, they thought that there was enough market space for positioning luxury goods sales, and there were no similar competitors in the whole city and even in the Pearl River Delta region.
Tang Xiaobo said that there are more and more rich people in Shenzhen, and the consumption pattern has also begun to change. Therefore, in order to facilitate consumers, it is in line with the current development trend to gather all the top brands in furniture. He also said that FLEXA, a famous German kitchen hardware brand and a global professional children's furniture brand, also chose to open their first branch in China, which shows that these international brands also believe that the Shenzhen market is full of potential.
However, Tang Xiaobo also admitted that compared with Beijing and Shanghai, Shenzhen's furniture luxury market started slowly, not necessarily more mature than Beijing and Shanghai, but because it started late, it is a neglected market and can occupy more space.
It is easy for Hong Kong people to find buyers.
Although it has only been opened for more than a week, it is still too early to see if this high-end route is right, but according to preliminary observation, consumers who come to the shopping center are always happy, including many Hong Kong people living in Shenzhen.
It is understood that Xinghe/Third Space intends to expand in the Pearl River Delta and South China, but it will not expand until the shopping center in Shenzhen matures. It will take about a year to evaluate whether the luxury market in Shenzhen has a prospect, and then make the next plan. Tang Xiaobo said.
