Step one: separate
This step is to divide the diamond into several parts, that is, cut a notch in the blank, then put the steel sheet in and divide it directly. The use of rough is to reduce cracks or magazines, so as not to affect the value of diamonds.
Step 2: Saw things.
Sawing is the cutting of diamonds, which must be completed by means of automatic sawing table and laser sawing system. Pay attention to the internal stress of the diamond when cutting to avoid breaking or damage. Sawing is a very difficult step, which needs a lot of instruments to complete. In addition to technology, craftsmen must be patient.
Step 3: Rough grinding
The main purpose of this step is to polish the diamond into a rough outline, which is a prelude to honing facets. Artisans need to remove the surplus parts of diamonds and prepare pavilions, countertops and waists. The instrument used in this step is mainly a rough mill. The process of rough grinding is to fix the diamond in one place, expose the part that needs to be polished and let the machine polish it a little.
Step 4: transverse cutting and grinding
In this step of diamond faceted processing, craftsmen must have rich experience and dexterous hands, so the probability of successful polishing will be greatly increased. Cross-cutting grinding is the four main facets of diamond processing, such as table, crown and pavilion. After facet polishing, the next step is more detailed multi-faceted cutting and grinding.
Step 5: Multi-faceted cutting and grinding.
In this step, the unfinished facets, including the star surface and the waist surface, need to be cross-cut, and each facet needs to be polished in the work disk to make it perfect, and finally the product can be produced. To polish a diamond, in addition to skilled use of instruments, craftsmen must also have rich experience to grasp it, so as to ensure the success of processing.
