Article 36 The following articles shall not be transported as luggage:
(1) Dangerous goods, including explosives, gases, flammable liquids, flammable solids, spontaneous combustion substances, substances that emit flammable gases when contacting with water, oxidants, organic peroxides, toxic substances, infectious substances, radioactive substances, corrosive substances, and substances and articles that do not belong to any of the above categories and are dangerous in air transportation;
(2) Guns, ammunition, controlled knives and other similar articles, except those handled in accordance with the provisions of Articles 38 and 39 of these Rules;

Article 37 Passengers are not allowed to carry fragile articles, currency, jewels, precious metals, gold and silver products, securities and other valuables, business documents, passports and other supporting documents or samples in their checked baggage. The carrier shall not be liable for the losses caused by passengers' violation of the above provisions.
