Swarovski is definitely better than Liu Fugui. It belongs to an international brand, and Liu Fu can't be seen in first-tier cities. But Swarovski sells artificial crystals, which is lead glass in plain English. If you have more money, buy Swarovski. Money is so capricious anyway.
