1, Yaoting Lee (played by Aaron Kwok) and Wang Qicong (played by Eason Chan) are detectives from Hong Kong Island District Crime Squad and Kowloon District Crime Squad respectively. Although they are elite members of the police force, they have never met. Zhang Tiezhu (Li Xiuxian), the Superintendent of Major Crimes Unit, received a tip that Ken (Wang Pinyuan), an international thief, entered the country secretly to carry out illegal activities. Zhang Tiezhu decided to organize the police elite to set up a task force, and Yaoting Lee and Wang Qicong were finally selected.
