First, open the model file we need to render, adjust the angle needed for rendering, and then save a scene file. At this point, click the settings selection dialog box of vrayforrhino to load the initial settings.

Click the Camera tab in the dialog box, and check the check box of the physical lens in the second column. Then, similar to the camera principle we use when taking pictures, we can adjust the shutter speed, ISO value and other options at one time. Generally, the shutter speed of outdoor scenes is 200-300, and that of indoor scenes is around 50.

Click the "Environment" tab again, click the "M" button of the two options on the left to add a map, and change the original no map setting to TextSky in the drop-down list. After changing the map, the "M" button will change from gray to blue.

Next, click the "Output" tab to adjust the picture size required for drawing. Generally speaking, we can lock the aspect ratio of the picture, and then adjust one of the length or width to meet the requirements. It should be noted that the larger the picture, the longer the rendering time. In order to shorten the presentation time, I chose the width of 1000 and the height of 500.

Next, we need to set the sun. Click the sun setting button of vrayforrhino to uncheck the manual control. Then you can automatically set the direction and height of the sun according to your position, month and time.

Click "OK" to place the sunlight you just set in an appropriate position in the model, and confirm that the sunlight is used again in the property bar on the right. Adjust the intensity and illumination of sunlight slightly to meet the expected illumination requirements.
