The Maltese Cross as a brooch and pendant is a typical English style. The earliest examples, mainly inlaid diamonds, can be traced back to the beginning of this century, but it was not until the 1930s of 19 and the 40s of 19 that this design was widely recognized. In the late Victorian era and Edwardian era, this model revived again.

Commemorative pendants are usually placed in a glass compartment with a miniature model in front and a lock of hair fixed at the back.

bracelet

In the early years of this century, the typical design of bracelets was composed of a wide gold mesh belt and a gold and silver thread. People also appreciate bracelets made of a series of precious stones, reliefs, intaglio paintings or Roman mosaics, which are connected by very fine and delicate gold chains, or by several rows of gold chains with different patterns and a button centered on a stone, relief or intaglio carving.

Diamonds and colored gems bracelets usually use very simple geometric patterns. Bracelets are widely worn and are not always worn in pairs. This fashion continued until 1860.

ring finger

The most popular ring in the first two decades of this century is a semicircular ring with one or two rows of precious stones. Other rings take the form of flower clusters with a large gem or a spindle-shaped pattern inlaid with gems in the center.

Small reliefs and Roman mosaics are simply inlaid on linear gold bases.

Also popular are rings inlaid with royal blue enamel, oval or rectangular, with a diamond pattern in the center. Due to the limitation of the shape and function of the ring itself, the main features of the ring remained almost unchanged throughout the nineteenth century.

buckle

The buckle is worn in the center of high waist belt and ribbon, and sometimes it is used as a simple decorative pattern, which has no effective practical function. They are usually small, rectangular, round or oval, usually inlaid with relief, pearls, topaz and amethyst, or made of gold.
