Ipoh can be divided into 22 districts, and more than 95% of the population in each district is Chinese.

Anbang, Bocham, Canning Garden/Ipoh Garden and Chemor are now called Jewellery, Cybercity, Hualin (Falim), Kunlun Rapa, Jalabang, Keledang, Lachart, Meru and Wanli-Wanli's famous peanuts come from here. New Town, Old Town, Pengkalan, Xinbangpulai, Sheung Wan 18 (station 18), Sunway City, Danben, Wentong-First Garden.
